appSolute Management includes Release Management for organizing and managing calls from CallDesk.
The Release Management provides facilities for planning Product Releases, with Release Milestones (e.g. Code Complete, Test Complete, Code Freeze, Documentation Complete, FCS), and registering calls from CallDesk that are to be worked on under each release.
Once calls have been completed, the release that calls were actually addressed in can also be registered.
Part of the Release Management is also to facilitate the creation of Release Notes. Release Notes can be auto-generated from the details regsitered in the calls that are included in a release.
