The CallDesk is a comprehensive Call Tracking system with e-mail integration for managing a variety of support and sales requests and sending call details and call responses to clients.

The system is based on a generic call category setup which allows the system to be used for tracking calls such as bug tracking, sales calls, change requests.

CallDesk uses several data driven parameters to handle calls:

  • Call categories. For example Support Issues or Sales Enquiries
  • Call log methods
  • Call Statuses
  • Call Priorities
  • Call Types
  • Call close reaons
  • Target milestones

CallDesk functionality includes full SMTP email integration for sending emails to users and clients.

In addition the dedicated CallDesk interface, an integrated interface on the Client Desktop is available to provide more client focused call tracking.
