The latest verison of appSolute Manegement, release 03.04.00 is now available.

This release contains bug fixes and enhancements to existing functionality.  

The most important updates to this release are:

• Roundtable Integration:
  The CallDesk and Roundtable Task integration has been considerably enhanced. The updates to this module make it easier and faster to link calls from CallDesk with Tasks in Roundtable.
  
  New functionality includes allowing users to create new tasks from the appSolute Management interface. Users no longer need to access Roundtable to create and manage tasks until work needs to be done under the created tasks. Change Management users can now allocate calls and work to be done under Roundtable directly from the appSolute Management interface.
  
• Screen resolution support:
  To accomodate users with a screen resolution of 1024x768, the larger screens in the system have been reduced and optimized.
