appSolutions has signed a Management Agreement with MEST Business Service ApS (www.businessservice.dk).

With effect from May 1st 2005, Mette Daugbjerg, director of MEST Business Service ApS, will assume the official role of Managing Director for appSolutions a/s.

This has been done as part of an ongoing effort to streamline and strengthen the structure and operations of appSolutions a/s and is in line with the current process of expanding the resources and capabilities of the company.

MEST Business Service ApS has already been managing the daily administrative tasks at appSolutions for several months. This involves bookkeeping, communication and reporting to the Danish authorities, management of debtors and creditors and all personnel tasks. Positive results have already been shown in this partnership making it possible for long awaited expansion plans at appSolutions to be put into effect.

The new Management Agreement is a strengthening in the commitment from appSolutions to the services provided by MEST.

The outsourcing of managerial and administrative tasks allows Thomas Hansen, founder of appSolutions, more room to concentrate on the process of expanding the technical and services areas of the business in trying to meet the possibilities that are seen in existing and new markets. Thomas Hansen assumes the role of Technical and Services Director for appSolutions.

It is expected that the new management of appSolutions will be instrumental in accelerating appSolutions growth plans to become a leader in the markets of consulting, support and enterprise application development.
