appSolutions has recently added 2 new members for its support and development team.

This has been done in an ongoing effort to expand the available resources at appSolutions and thereby enhance the quality and availability of support and development services to our customers.

In addition to increasing the coverage for development and support, the new additions to the team bring new skills and experience to appSolutions. In particular new skills have been introduced in the areas of java application development and deployment, the eclipse IDE,  data/telecommunication networks, RFID and embedded systems.

The new teammembers will participate  in technical support to customers of Roundtable TSMS in Europe as well as appSolution's other customers.

With the extension of the development resources internal development on the appSolutions tools CallDesk solution is expected to accelerate. The completion of ongoing development and long planned new features will make it posible to release the first generation of a Progress Dynamics-based Change Management solution from appSolutions.

The added development resources also mean the introduction of new services from appSolutions to existing and new customers. These services include extended support agreements and outsourced development and deployment services.
